   Thanks for the heads-up, HP. I went and checked out that article, btw.
   I currently have one decently-working computer that is running XP; the other is Windows 7. My son's laptop has Vista (SP2) on it. I haven't had to press that button is quite some time, now. I am about to get a new computer to replace the XP computer. It is a really old computer; surprised it still runs (an eMachine, incidentally)...(chuckle).

   I like XP don't like Windows 7 how do I kill it XP format not kill it 100 mb still in the drive ?

   Hotdoge3, what about Windows 7 do you not like? I went straight from XP (my PC) to 7 (my SIL's PC), and admit it is very different. Actually, my first thought was I preferred XP, and when I get my new computer I would try to find one that has XP on it. I got to thinking about it, though, and figured that sooner or later XP is going to go the same way as Me, 98, 95, etc., so my best bet would be to try harder to learn 7. The computer with 7, is the 'Cadillac' computer in our home. The only other currently-being-used computer (with XP) is really old and very slow. Watching/waiting for ANYthing to load up on it is like dial-up; that goes for Internet and for non-Internet.

   windows 7 not like bmp jpg png it lock up if I go fast from one to the next only get to 5 to 10 locks up the end now hit the kill sw but ok in XP, some time slow if you click a drive but only some times, windows 3.1 is best CPU 40 RAM 4 MB Hard drive 40 MB
   play games fast all the kids need.
