Your Windows computer has to be maintained and cleared regularly. Abelssoft WashAndGo searches specifically for temporary files, old protocol files, outdated backup copies in the recycle bin and many other files that are not needed anymore. If they are deleted, this will free a lot of memory space. Also, the general performance will be increased.
WashAndGo also likes to take care of cookies, the cache and your browser history, of the “last edited files” history of more than 500 applications and of Word, Excel or PowerPoint meta data. It also makes sense to hunt down corrupted registry entries with WashAndGo. They sometimes link to directories, drivers and applications that are no longer existent - and cause system crashes or other errors. WashAndGo cleans the system at the click of a mouse, but also fully automatically if requested.

This software seems really great so far. Besides the easy installation and registration, I was very impressed that we are given a choice among 3 depths of cleaning, as well as making a backup of everything before cleaning "just in case." After choosing the middle level of cleaning, my Win 11 laptop does, indeed, seem to be faster now. Thank you, GAOTD and Abelssoft!

If they are deleted, this will free a lot of memory space. Also, the general performance will be increased." However, I'd suggest that it is "storage space" and not "memory space" which will be increased. General performance will not be increased if one is using a SSD.
