   I used the activation code I got when I installed the giveaway and it didn't register. I'm still getting the trial until feb 2011.any help would be nice.

   Nobody to answer you?. I don't understand why ...Indeed, I have the same problem as you!
   Since 2 years I'm a "gotd" regular . I tested almost all apps ...
   I had never experienced difficulty in registering license.For several hours I tried 5 times. On Vista & XP Pro.When I enter the serial, it's first accepted. With "thanks" usual. The program asks to restart. And when it opens again, this software is in trial mode.
   Just like you!
   I rebooted the PC. I have also been testing with "sandboxie" and "Returnil" ... In vain!
   There are only a few hours. And I don't understand ...

   I don't have time to write now to the company "Fengtao" because it's very late in Europe ...

   A little help from Team gotd please ;)

   don't restart as you fist need to activation befor you can Putin your Reg #

   PS All ways Pick restart later with GOTD.

   all so you need to tell firewall ok to go out to GOTD to activation.

   I had trouble installing dvdfab yesterday also. Is there someway I can activate it today. I tried unsuccessfully but I still have the zip file. Thank you for your time.

   I entered the registration key in the program without restarting my computer and it worked fine - so, maybe you all (who had problems) can try this next time.

   When installed and registered the program displays a coupon code valid until February,11th
   in the upper part of the main screen
   (to get a discount if you want to buy other programs from the company).

   How to tell if the program is registered?
   Well... look in welcome screen (or click on the question mark-choose about to open it).
   It should display:
   DVDCopy...Giveawayoftheday licensee etc....update expire time:
   July 24th,2011(1rst version) or January 24th,2011 (rerun).

   may be look in Registry Editor HKEY_CURRENT_USER sofware DVD Fab V5 and check Premissios

   Administrators 'Allow Full Control & Read.

   CREATED OWNER (all so You) 'special Premissions'

   Power User User 'Read & special Permissions.

   SYSTEM 'full control & Read

   Users 'Read'

   if not right scan for spyware
