   Since around the middle of April, GOTD file downloads have became really slow. I'm fairly sure it's not my connection, because I used to get an average of 400 Kbps before it slowed down. Now I usually have to wait for about a minute for a header, and then have a speed of 30 Kbps or less (most of the time it just stalls). Does this mean that GOTD is having more traffic, or is it having less bandwidth available?

   Here it's as fast as always - about 500kB/sec.
   Sometimes, when there is a very popular programme (eg. "Paragon" days), it may take some seconds before the download starts, otherwise no slowdown. I download only from the mirror link, with firefox, without any accelerator.

   30 Kbps I get better than that on dial-up but if slow I come back in 1/2 hour & it ok.
