   The Giveaway-of-the-day of Feb. 4, 2009 does not work under Win98SE without ADDITIONAL software installations (Framwork.NET runtime). Framework.NET is not known under this old but efficient and relatively bug-free operating system.

   So net framework won't install? If not, well, 98se is 10 years old.

   It also does not work under Windows XP home edition, same error

   "System Requirements: Windows 95,98,ME; Microsoft Net Framework 2.0; Windows Media Player 9.0"

   Framework 2.0 is a requirement for this software. So, when you don't have Framework 2.0 installed, you can not use this and a lot of other programs. It is your choice, not an error.
   Please do not blame the developer or GOTD for this.

   System Requirements windows 98 on > .NET Framework 2.0

   Requirements:
   Windows Installer 3.0 (except for Windows 98/ME, which require Windows Installer 2.0 or later). Windows Installer 3.1 or later is recommended.
