   For those of you who are addicted (as I am) to Ancient Quest of Saqqarah, from Codeminion Games, they have released yet another saqpack. This one is called "Egyptian Encounters", and is true to Codeminion's commitment to quality and "fun". It adds another 504 levels with some interesting new twists on the heiroglyphics. Enjoy!

   I bought the original game at Big Fish - now have version 1.18. Yesterday I bought the new saqpack at game club but cannot get it to work. I sent message to help at Codeminion but no answer yet. Sandy where did you get your original game?

   Unfortunatley this happens often with expansion packs. If you buy the originals from places like BFG they never work. Pity as I also have the BFG version. Darn it, 504 levels would have been brilliant. Maybe they will release the whole lot as a deluxe package in a few years like some other games. (Action Ball deluxe includes the original game plus the expansion pack, also Strike Ball 2 Deluxe includes the first game as well - both are the same price as a normal arcade game)

   I might give in & get the Codeminion version 1.19 through Game Club Cafe. They have a 50% off one Codeminion coupon code at their web site. I already paid for the Egyptian saqpack & want to be able to use it. Also will buy Monkey monarchs which was saqpack 1 if I can get this working. That would be over 1000 new levels. Reviews are that not much is new in the saqpacks though - check out Gamezebo.

   I bought the original game from Big Fish. Then I spoke with the game creator and developer (Konrad,-- sent through e-mail to developers), and he told me about the fix (Version 1.18) to fix the Bast glitches. He told me that Codeminion was going to send Big Fish any new versions they produced for fixes. I then informed Big Fish, indicating I had been given this information by Konrad. Someone wrote me back from Big Fish and said...oops, we now have the new version 1.18. I downloaded that version. Then I downloaded the monkey packs, and just recently the Egyptian one. I have had no trouble...although I have not downloaded the 1.19 version. I did not want to go through all that with Big Fish again. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I have had no trouble downloading the Saqpacks into the game, and they work just fine ;)

   Sorry, not a techno wizard like my pal Steven (aka Whiterabbit), but I have not had a problem. Let me know how you make out.

   P. S. Make sure that you create a "new profile", or you will not be able to access the new saqpacks. I now have 6 profiles I think.....2 for Ancient Quest (so I can do both regular and relax modes), and 2 for Monkeys and 2 for Egyptian. After you create the new profile you use the arrows to choose which "game" you want to play.
