I've had a registered version of win utilities pro on here and working fine. Got email about updating it, which I did and now it reverted back to a 31 day trial.
Do you think if I do a system restore I can get back what I had again?

No. Your previous version was provided for you to use "without technical support or updates" for as long as you desired. That version ceased to exist once you updated and you'd need more than a System Restore to get it back. You could, however, use a recent backup image/file to return your system to a date prior to the update.

Hi Chris.. found that out already! I should KNOW better after all these years about doing updates but was on auto pilot this AM! Did a system restore, and that didn't get it even tho' it showed files dating 3/20/11, for that program, but they didn't work so I guess I'll just have to wait until GOTD offers it again! I guess sometimes I need to re-learn the hard way?

No hotdoge3 .... that did not work. The files were there, but not registered! When I clicked on the .exe file all it had was links to their website with prices to buy it. Didn't really use it very often anyhow and GOTD does periodically re-offer things.
