   I downloaded Password Manager Deluxe today and when I tried to open the file. Norton blocked the file because the file was acting suspicious.What could be the reason for Norton to block this file?

   Probably because it uses a keylogging type function to read the password and then store it. Not that its a bad thing though. it has to read what you type in the fields to store them for you.
